Bad perfume supply store

I place an online order with them on the 6th online, an till today still awaiting my order. Been texting them yet they never deliver nor stand by their word. Their number is always off yet text messages go through On whatsapp. A package that was suppose to take 4 days max but I'm still waiting and they not helping with resolving the issue
