Unhappy and disappointed

I am disappointed by the feedback given to me by the host [manager] weeks later , informing me about damages. A day after leaving the place the owner [wife] give me a good review for stay. Towels bleach? How? i do not travel with cleaning suppliers and did not do any washing of any sort. This is unbelievable and how is this realized weeks later.?
