BAD BUSINESS - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T COMMUNICATE

This small business is nothing but a nightmare. I had placed an order on the 6th of January 2025 and a month later, I still haven’t received my cushions that amount to R1400. The owner is a terrible communicator - in fact, she will ignore your messages requesting for a refund. She is failing to deliver because of an account arrears issue that she doesn’t seem to want to resolve in order for the parcel to be delivered. Save your money and don’t even purchase from her. I was so excited to support a small business but I definitely wouldn’t advise someone to try them.

At the moment, I’m opening a case against. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND BASICALLY DONATING YOUR MONEY.
