Holiday Home Owner UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, ABUSE OF DEPOSIT FUNDS

<p>A group of young families were recently ****** of their deposit from Luxury Homes - Salt Rock 4. </p> <p> </p> <p>After what we considered to be a wonderful family holiday (6 Adults and 4 Children under the age of 7) - it turned out to be quite disappointing and extremely disheartening. The owner of the property accused our group of damaging their property without any proof, lack of controls on check-in and departure to verify the items or go through a checklist with us eventhough there were other holiday makers of the festive period. Shame on the owners for taking advantage of us and shame on us for trusting the booking agent for looking after our interests. Lesson learnt.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you ever decide to book Luxury Holiday Home on the KZN Dolphin Coast - do not use Luxury Holiday Homes Salt Rock 4!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The owners lack integrity and professionalsim. The domestic cleaner was not reliable and quite frankly could be the culprit in this unfortunate incident.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
