WORST HAIR, WORST SERVICE, ************!!

I am a avid wig enthusiast that has purchased hair from many different suppliers. No one is perfect but Luxury Hair Couture is an out right ****!! I went in for the Kim K bob wig, I also requested they wash my hair and plait lines. 1. The wig was absolutely ****, I was told the hair is 11A grade, they cut it (rather butchered) it on my head and from there the fights started because the product was absolutely *******, but by this point I had paid and told no refunds or exchanges. The minute you walk through the door you are pressured to pay upfront, thinking you will be getting the same product from their Instagram page. But it it no where near that. The hair cannot even be straightened, the ends split and you end up looking like you wearing a helmet instead of a sleek style. 2. The customer service is *******- the lady at the front desk is welcoming- until you have a problem. From there, she uses derogatory language and has a "there is nothing I can do about it" attitude. She claims that nobody has never complained about the quality of their hair so I should just deal with this awful product. 3. The stylist does not know what is is doing AT ALL. When she washed my hair, the bottle was out of shampoo, they didn't have anymore and so she basically washed my hair with water. When it came to plaiting my hair, the hair totally was undone the next day and when |I went back for her to do them again THE SAME THING HAPPENED!! HOW DO YOU HIRE SOMEONE WHO CANNOT PLAIT STRAIGHTBACK AND HER JOB IS TO PLAIT PEOPLE'S HAIR?!?! When it came to cutting the hair into the Kim K style, she was totally free styling it, she was ruined the hair completely.

I would have been happy to salvage the situation myself if the problems were minor, but theses people know nothing about what they are doing. They are simply trying to sell products as "bargains"but actually overcharging for **** hair and ridiculous service. Nothing that they advertise is real.
