No delivery of hair & poor customer service

To whom it may concern

I am writing this with deep saddness and heartbreak. I paid for 24" Malaysian deep curl on the 30th June 2018 using EFT and I forwarded proof of payment and address on both Luxury Hair Couture's whatsapp and Facebook messenger . Delivery is said to be within 24hrs after confirmation of payment of which they received.

Unfortunately it's now been more than 10 days I still haven't received anything from Luxury Hair Couture and when I ask about the parcel being sent the administrator keeps saying today, tomorrow and so many empty promises or even worse mutes conversations on whatsapp.

I'm kindly requesting assistance since product isn't delivered.
