Luxury hair couture is not ideal. They don't value their customers.

I ordered and made payment for hair and luxury hair couture promised me that they would make delivery in 24hours. I waited a full week for my hair having to contact the courier myself. When the hair finally arrived the length was wrong. It was less than what I paid for. I tried contacting them but they ignored my calls and texts. They're not apologetic about anything. They're very unproffesional.
