Lucy of Luxury Hair Couture is rude!

I made a payment of R2500 on the 31st of July for 3 bundles and a closure. At first, I was told that I was R100 short and sent a screenshot of the ad of the prices on facebook. Then that passed, and was ignored when asking for a tracking number of the parcel when it is sent. I wasted so much of my airtime and still haven't been assisted. Lucy would decline my calls, and would call the landline number but she wouldn't get back to me after I leave a message for her to call me back. I am fed up and want my money back. They are plain rude and unprofessional. So disgusted by their service
