Hair bought on 4th june not received

On the 4th of June my aunt (Veliswa Mente) bought hair from Luxury hair couture since this day she hasnt received the hair when I talk to them on behalf of my aunt since I am the one who reffered my aunt to them they responded and they asked for my aunts details and said they will speak to her till today she hasnt received her hair,,,I dont know what kind of service they offering but its pathetic really pathetic,,,,
