Bad customer service ever

To whom it may concern I brought three 30inch bundles from luxury, they gave me wrong inches, they gave 28inches instead of 30inch, I found out when I measured the hair at home that they gave me wrong inches. I than texted them, they did not answer. Until I called them, they than told me to go to their branch I will get assistance, when I got there no one was informed that I was coming to get the right length. The lady who was supposed to assist me was rude didn't even want to listen. I than told her that I will go and complain somewhere she told me that, my threats won't work anywhere even I complain it won't work. They customer service is bad something must be done.
