Unpaid deposit of R3000 after no service

My name is Katlego [Email Removed] I made a reservation to host a baby shower at Luxury Accommodation (Tel: ***, Cell: ***, Fax: ***) in Brits, North West for the 5th of July 2015. I was quoted R6000 for a package that included the venue, catering and a boat ride at the Haartebee****rt Dam. On the morning of the 4th of July 2015 I was requested to deposit R3000 of my down payment which I deposited to:Account name: Mr H.I van Vuuren, Account number: ***, Bank name: FNB, Branch code: 250655. On the morning of the 5th, Mr van Vuuren informed me that I will not be getting any catering. He instead offered me only the venue and a boat ride at an escalated cost, which I refused. He and I agreed that he will pay my full deposit back as he was the one who breached our agreed terms. He informed me that he was going to the bank to transfer my money back and that I should give him two (2) hours. He did not send back the money as agreed. I made further attempts to get my money back without any success till this day. I have even gone back to his place twice after the 5th of July 2015 and every time I go there he comes up with a different story.<br>
