LUXULIA_ZA furniture in Pretoria a **** run away from them

I have a challenge with the furniture manufacturing company called LUXULIA_ZA furniture in Pretoria.

I bought a couch cash in August for R15200 they play duck and dive to deliver my couch till in October when I started to demand my money.

I demanded my money back and they refused.

On the 28 November I went to them to demand my money the owner told me he is not scare of court he has a good lawyer and threatened us to call their security unit through penic batton if we do not vacate their place.

We wrestle the almost whole day until they gave me r5000 and promised me to pay the rest on or before the 4th of December.

From the 3rd they've been playing games with me, if I call is either they put me on hold, or mute me or answer and said they will call me and they never call back. I will call them at night or early morning and Modau refuse to pay me and said why do I call after hours I told him that during the day you tell me your busy with people who brings money.

I tried to call the manager (Modau) on his personal and work number using different land lines from different provinces but he never talks to me, once he realise that is me and demanding my money he then hang the call, or promise to pay just to avoid me and never pays or mute the call or say disrespectful and humiliating words. Now they are no more picking my calls or attending to my massages.

So good people save your money. Do no not become the next victim of loosing your money through this company.

They have different company names, in one platform they call themselves LUXULIA_ZA SOFA COACHES or LUXULIA_ZA LUXURY LYFESTYLE, Address: 471 Dewar street, Derdepoort, Pretoria, 0182; *** even WhatsApp number. Please never buy from this company, the manager is Mdau always disrespectful, bully and will never allow you access to talk to the manager.

Since August 2022 toll today 24 February 2023 they refused to give me my money.
