LUXULIA IS A *****

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR A COUCH AFTER SEEING THEIR WEBSITE Luxulia -Luxury-Lifestyle in early April 2023. Their service has been terrible. I have not received my order to date. After making enquiries the few times they responded I was asked to re-order and received an "Ellow" on their whatsapp. I have asked for a refund as they are in breach of the contractual terms.

Upon subsequent search of their business as their responses were highly unprofessional. I realize that this is a **** masquerading as a business. I have taken steps to contact the SAFPS on ***. Absa on ***/ ***. The Internet Service Providers Association and will be issuing summons. The small claims court in Pretoria may be approached for advise as it will cost less than getting a private attorney. Ultimately we have different avenues to deal with these *****sters and I urge everybody whose life has been disturbed while thinking they were supporting a legitimate business to use them. They must be stopped.
