This business needs to be investigated.

Communication is fine when you need to buy the goods then all of a sudden they are unreachable.

1. Nobody responds to messages or picks up the call. 2. They do not attend to refunds - I am still waiting. . . 3. Getting an invoice is a mission. 4. When they do respond they always make another promise and get your hopes up and then they go silent on you. 5. Fortunately I received my couches however the quality is so poor. In fact I don’t envision seeing that couch in my house any more. You are better off buying a couch or anything else from a reputable franchise even if it costs much more. At least you will be satisfied.

If you want to save yourself hassle please do not buy from them. It will end in tears.
