appalling service

appalling service :( most terrible service ever - am so disappointed! I ordered my couch on Dec 17th, was promised my couch would be ready before Christmas.it is now Jan 29th, over a month later and I still have not gotten any response regarding my couch, nor an apology. not sure if I have been ****med. they dont answer calls, they won't apologise, they are just stuck up with so much pride all for nothing. its been over a month now, and I want my couches, or freaking refund me back, or I'm opening a case... simple - theyre such ***ards/ hypocrites, all over social media advertising themselves like they are superb, very quick to accept the money, but soon after that, your are treated terribly. Now they've obviously blocked me off FB and Instagram. so hey, we gonna try other routes to warn people, right?
