BAD SERVICE FROM STAFF

I handed some glasses over for repairs. I was informed that the one pair has been discontinued. I waited for weeks to get any feed back from Kurt the one consultant. I waited for a reply never got one after numerous emails. I finally contacted the head office and spoke to the manager Shelly Ann she came back with some pics of glasses I could choose. I am still waiting to this day after 3 months just to get a answer about when I will receive my repaired glasses. I was also informed at the numerous suppliers that stock NEVER is discontinued.<br> Bad service all around<br> Clinton Ruhrmund<br>
