Poor service/*****
I ordered a Swivel Chair from Luxmedsa on 24 June 2026 and paid the full amount of R2,030.00. Order #3645 According to Luxmed, delivery would take 7 working days. However, the 7 working days have now passed. I have been trying to contact Luxmed for the past three days, but they have not responded to my emails. The telephone number *** is out of service, and the number *** is not being answered. WhatsApp messages sent to that number are being read but not rep**** to. Could you please follow this up for me?
