Worst rental experience I have ever had

Worst rental experience of my life I am extremely frustrated with the terrible administrative service from this agency. The only reason I hesitated to post this sooner is because of the lovely rental agent Nana, who is excellent at her job and is probably the only reason for positive reviews here. I have reached my limit with the service of the rest of her team because I haven’t experienced this in all my years of renting.

I will list my frustrations for waring to anyone who wants to use this agency:

1.First few months staying here they charged undisclosed fees, then marked them as "missed payments" on my credit record without advising me despite me paying rent on time every month with proof of payment. I had to reach out to them to ask about these payments and only then did they remove the costs from my invoice but no adjustment to my credit report.

2. An ingoing inspection was done without me present and they didn’t provide me with a copy when moving in, they deducted over R1,000 for a fan built to the building structure, I simply asked for proof that this was not wear and tear damage with an electrician report and they refused to provide that.

3. Challenges with deposit.

All this to say i rented from them less than a year and already noticed a change of staff and severe administrative incompetence. PLEASE PLEASE keep your receipts , double check your invoices and inspection reports or better yet, rent elsewhere.
