Worst Service Ever from Luxeza Collections

I ordered a phone cover from the company via WhatsApp and was linked up by a name of Rehana, who decided to convince me on ordering a different cover (which honestly came from a great place) but I’m a particular person so I told her that I was nervous I wouldn’t like as much as the one I had originally ordered. But she didn’t listen and carried on convincing me I would.

I made a payment of R750 and the phone cover was delivered to my home (27 February 2019)

As I instinctively knew, I didn’t like it (and it’s still sitting in the box as we speak.)So I politely requested that I ship it back and that I get what I originally ordered.

Rehana’s lovely attitude changed from there, no care whatsoever and advised that I’d have to pay an additional R200 over my R750 order. So I expressed that I was not happy with that, given the fact that she changed my original order which I politely expressed that I was uncomfortable with the new choice.

After that conversation (6 March 2019) there was never ANY response whatsoever.

Feeling frustrated and angry, I went on the company’ Instagram page and posted my unhappiness with their customer service, one of the company’ Reps sent me a DM message.

I explained the entire situation and the rep basically made it my problem. Advised me that Rehana didn’t respond to me because she was sick, implying that I basically imagined the change in her attitude when I expressed my unhappiness with my order.

I received NO customer care AT ALL from this Rep as well and I still had to constantly BEG for any feedback.

As we speak, I’m still sitting at home with a cover I can’t use and feeling extremely violated and unappreciated by this company.

I have sent a message expressing my disappointment and dissatisfaction and that at this very point, I want NOTHING to do with this company and just would like to receive my money back so I can gladly ship their cover back!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I will never ever support this company in my whole life!
