Terrible service and even terrible cases

Had a really bad experience with online shopping! Always supporting any South African businesses but this left a very sour taste in my mouth. Ordered a phone case and paid R620 for it. Very little communication with the lady. She always had excuses and would never come back to me when she promised too. I had to remind her about my case. When I received it I was shocked! The back of the case looked like the picture but everything else about it was beyond bad. The actual part that fits around the phone was not straight or smooth, it just looks very poorly constructed and for the price was not worth it at all. I did receive a refund but had to pay 200 rand for the delivery costs, to and fro. She didn’t try to compensate or even try to save a customer. I felt like she didn’t care much, and was fine with losing a potential client.

My advice if you are interested, rather order a plastic case and not one that she actually makes from scratch and ask to see pics of the frame and structure of the actual cover. But be prepared to wait for your items and be prepared to not have any communication with her. Because 2 days turns into 1 week which turns into 3 weeks. Rather go to an actual store and purchase your cover.
