Baddest service i received from LUXE ZA

On 19 April 2018 i placed an order for a phone cover which costs R 720.00 as seen on their Instagram page ( @Luxeza) the cover is called Miss Dior it looks like a miss Dior perfume bottle for my I phone 6+. This was my order number 10758 and i was communicating to a lady on whatsapp ( ********** ). After i made a payment i was told i will receive my phone cover after 7 working days but that was all a lie, i waited for more than a month. When i asked when can i expect delivery of my pone cover they said they will let me know when its dispatched. Then on 1 June 2018 i was called by a receptionist at a company i work for telling me that i have a delivery and when i got there i opened the package only to find that its none of what i have ordered, they sent me a very cheap quality phone cover its not even one of the phone covers I've seen on their Instagram. When i asked whats happening no one was answering my calls and my whatsapp messages and just like that there is nothing else i can because they are based in Cape Town and i am in Pretoria.
