Overpromised and Underdelivered

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this nail salon. Before booking, I specifically enquired if they could do the matte colors and nail art I wanted. They assured me they could, which is the only reason I chose to go to them. Upon arrival, they didn’t have any matte colors available, and the nail art was poorly done—something that looked like a two-year-old could have done it, not at all what I requested.

On top of that, the nail technician didn't introduce herself and maybe spoke 5 words throughout, making the experience even more unpleasant. I genuinely appreciated other businesses being upfront and honest about their limitations, saving me time and disappointment.

For anyone considering this salon, I strongly recommend being very specific about your expectations regarding colors and the technician’s ability to execute detailed artwork. For the prices they charge, the quality of work and service is absolutely not worth it
