DO NOT DO YOUR NAILS HERE, you’ll regret it

A **** show! Please DONT and I repeat, DO NOT do your nails Luxe Studio in San Ridge Square. Two nails broke within two days of getting them done there, and when they broke, I was in NW so I couldn’t go back immediately, as I had traveled. More nails broke during my stay in NW and I spent two weeks there. When I went back to them to ask them to fix, they said they only fix nails within 7 days and after that, one must pay again. When I tried to explain that I was not aware, she was just rude and did not care. The Pedi boss is a rude little *****, who can’t address clients in a professional and reassuring manner. She’s just rude and lacks effective communication skills.

They are overpriced and offer immature skills. Imagine nails breaking writhing 2 days?? And the salon can’t even take accountability and try fix mistakes?? If anything, is rude about it??
