Luxe living interiors communication is bad

Luxe living interiors communication is bad. I ordered 2 headboards on the 21st of July and got them 23 August even though they said their turnaround time is 15-20 working days. I had to text them everyday and ask what was happening with my order. No updates from the business. My order arrived 23 August and 1 headboard was not what I ordered. It took them another 3 weeks to replace their mistake. 13 September I got the headboard and it was dirty and has torn holes. To this day no one is responding to my texts to fix this mess
