I ordered 2 couches ...

I ordered 2 couches only to find 1 was too big for my space so I sent it back I asked for refund they refused I asked for another smaller couch it's been over 3 months no couch when I ask to speak to the manager they refuse and tell me to take my couch and sell it by myself very poor service even the couch I have is not strong when you sit it falls inside
