Zero communication and false information

I am so disappointed and person behind those WhatsApp does not care about customer experience or communicating changes on time, I called to check if my wallet was ready and I could go collect since they were late to send it out for delivery, they said yes got there my order was incorrect done. Luxe Homme very beautiful products but customers experience is important.
