No product and no refund!!

Super disappointed with service and communication. Ordered and paid a month ago. The delivery date was pushed I don’t know how many times. The last delivery promise before requesting a refund I was sent pictures of a bag in some house, not sure how the pictures were to help ???? Couldn’t even confirm if that was meant for me. The refund was also not done on the promised date. Also funny how stories are posted on their Instagram page of celebs with their orders in hand. What a wow!!!!!!
