Hoax: Unreliable Service & No Refund

I ordered a wrist sling bag on 22 Dec 2024, fully understanding that delivery would only happen after 6 Jan 2025 due to the holiday break.

When I followed up on 6 Jan, I was told it would be dispatched on 7 Jan, but I never received any production photos. After asking for a tracking number on 8 Jan, I was suddenly informed the bag had been made in the wrong color and needed to be redone, causing more delays. I was promised delivery by 10 Jan, but it never arrived.

I had made it clear that I was leaving the country on 11 Jan, yet I kept getting excuses instead of real updates. Despite multiple requests, I was never given a tracking number or proof that the bag was even shipped. When I asked for a refund, I was met with excuses about a lost phone and wiped messages. I still haven’t received my money back.

This company lacks professionalism and transparency. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
