Dishonest bussiness communication

Im very unhappy with with the level of serice i recieved. Payment for the product was made on time. When it came to delivering the product the 1st day of supposedly delivery arrangment nothing was delivered and no communication. This went on for 3 other days where assurance was made of delivery. As the customer having to continue calling and no responds... disappointing
