BAD communication and very misleading

I placed an order with Luxe Homme SA on the 25th of August 2025, for a key ring. Since then, I have been misled repeatedly with false promises: First, I was told delivery would be on Tuesday, 2 September. Then, it was changed to Thursday, 4 September. Afterwards, they claimed they were waiting for the metal part of my order and would have stock on Tuesday, 8 September.

None of these promises were kept. Instead of taking responsibility, they ran out of excuses and have now gone completely AWOL.

I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, direct phone calls, and Instagram, but I’ve been ignored. I am a returning customer, but after this experience I will never buy from them again.
