Excelleny service from Luxco and Cross pens

I had a Gold Cross pen that I 'lost' but it was in the parking lot of the local store. I found the pen a day later but by then it had been ridden over by many vehicles and was, for all intents and purposes, destroyed. I took it to Luxco, the official distributors and asked if they could have a look at it for me. Two days later I was told I could come fetch the pen. They apologised that they had to use some old spare parts to repairs the phone. They gave e back an almost brand new pen with a small dent in it. To say that I am astounded by their generosity and efficiency is an understatement. Their service was polite, efficient and amazing. I can only heap praise on them for the service I received. These pens cost about R 4000.00 each and I have an almost brand new pen AT NO COST AT ALL. Thank you Luxco for fantastic service. They are the distributors for many major brands including Michel Herbillen and if this is the kind of service that is normal, as a customer you can rest assured that they will give you the best service ever.
