Excellent Core Features

The core functionality of the platform is fantastic—fast, stable, and feature-rich. I use the mobile app constantly, and while it performs well, I wish it had one specific function (live chat support access) integrated directly into the main screen instead of being buried in a menu. A great experience that's one small feature away from perfection.
