Supplier did not deliver

Hi, I ordered jackets from Luxary Wholesale in June 2023 the supplier promised to deliver and they gave me a story that the courier company fast way was on strike hence they delayed however up to today they haven't delivered. I paid R3550 of which R550 was for courier. Their contact number is +***5.
