Installed Louvres carry a 20 year guarantee. Reported product failure to Randburg Factory. Took some 6 months to get a repair in place, that done with a promise of a follow up by the factory in June last year. Didn't happen product is failing, again ! Area Manager in Western Cape sent my emails to the JHB office and factory to do follow up, no communication what so ever. The Louvres as supp**** have failed to impress as have the responsible staff which are representative of an international agency in Canada. This is shocking service and an expensive product which was purchased in good faith, with a guarantee. The louvres only a mere 24 months old when the first signs of deterioration showed, and were reported on for more than six months after. Luxaflex you have disgraced and violated your brand, which is shameful. Hunter Douglas whom have the agency trading for and with Luxaflex . Your business ethnics are a disgrace.
