Good afternoon, I would like to share my very positive experiences with you regarding the Transportation Industry. Lelanie Janse van Rensburg is my go-to lady at the company when I have to make bus bookings for Primary School outings/ excursions/ sports matches etc. Lelanie deserves to be acknowledged for her Exemplary Professional Efficient manner in which bus bookings are made. Lelanie is super efficient, and within a few minutes of sending in my requests to her - Lelanie produces the quotes within lightning speed time! Her exceptionally friendly nature and wonderful, bubbly personality - all lend themselves to the very environment where Customer Service is driven!
