ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL

2 weeks ago I got my car door fixed at this place. When I got the car back I was happy with the repairs by just looking at the door. A week later of not driving the car, I placed something on the back seat and I noticed the rub by the door they fixed was loose and that they forgot to respray the back of the door handle they sand off. I called them the Monday to asked when I can bring the car in for them to spray the handle. Merna the receptionist was extremely rude telling me Wessie is now busy with a client's car but I'm also a client who's money they already received. Eventually after calling 5 times I got hold of Wessie who also had an attitude. Today I got the handle sorted but never again will I take my car to these people. They come across all nice but once they have your money they don't want to fix their mess. They give zero attention to detail and then still want to have attitude when they didn't do their job properly.
