Bad service

I got to Luvuyo Clinic at 7:30 the clinic opened at 8:00 and we had to fill in forms with every person who attends to us from reception to nurses. I was patient no. 32 but i started realisingthat im not being called and the next person they called was patient no 62 thats when i stood up and enquired why im not being called at the receptionist they said my name was called and i did not hear, i asked being called by who and where cz i was seated at the place they said i must sit at which is room 7 i then went to room 7 and asked the nurse she said i must look for my folder i did out of frustration and it was not there, i told her its not there she said she does not know where it is. To cut the long story short i left the clinic at 14:30
