Worse service

This has to be the worst burial societ ever.My dad submitted a claim its been almost 2 months and everytime we call they say we must wait for Friday. We have sent emails and well as text that they never respond to.We call everyday and thry will tell us they have a lot of payouts to make,which I dont understand how does that affectd us as we pay our premium on time.The time we joined they promised a payout within 72hrs but now its been almost 2 months
