Unpaid claim - unprofessional staff

I’m writing this message with a heavy heart, I’m so disappointed with Luvuyo Burial society.

I have submitted my claim at the beginning of June and I haven’t received my pay out. I have been following up on a daily basis and they kept on saying the claim is due for payment When I asked them to please give me a time frame when should I expect my payment they are refusing to tell me, I have asked them to speak to their Manager which doesn’t have a direct line and email address and they said we are not allowed.

I have received the sms on the 12/06/23 that they will process my payment but till today I haven’t received the money. Their service is so poor and the ladies that are working in the call centre are very rude they don’t know how to communicate with clients.
