Terrible service from Luvuyo and Failure to uphold promises

I am a member of Luvuyo Burial Club FSP no:47550, I joined the club on the 22nd June 2020. I have 10 family members included in my policy, me being the main member. On the 27th April 2021 my uncle died and I went to Luvuyo Burial Society's offices to inform them of my uncle's death.

I was given an email address after many runarounds of which I needed to send claim documents to. I then submitted all documents via email on the 4th May 2021 and the consultant at their offices informed me that the claim process takes 4-5 days. Of which I received no correspondence thereafter till 18th May 2021. On the 18th May a lady called me from Luvuyo Burial Society and stated she is looking into my claim and that it is being processed and WILL be paid out to me ASAP.

Today she called me after being told the cover amount will be paid to me, and informed me that the claim was unsuccessful. Of which I have been paying the policy and have been going to their offices to get my member book stamped and it shows I am up to date and that I have credit of R70. Surely, if there are any discrepancies that would be due to the branch consultants.

After being informed my claim is all god and that payment would be made, I am now informed it is unsuccessful. Reasoning being so stupid.
