No payment received to date - Extremely bad service - Rude Portia - ****mers

The disgusting attitude and service given by Portia to me this morning, let me in quite a state. She dropped the line on me because she did not want to answer any of my questions and kept on stating she does not know the info. (when the payment will be done, what their registration number/certification for the service they offer, her name came after a couple of times of asking, does not know the address, and did not want to share her last name, her manager not avail, did not want me to speak to anyone else for escalation).

My mom is busy mourning, currently in debt because of Luvuyo Burial Society that still has not paid out her claim to date. She made a claim but they kept on giving her a run around about availability of her documents, although she sent her documents three times and received confirmation message that the docs have been received and are correct then suddenly when following up there is a death missing, the death was on same email of the other docs sent and received.

Their service is outrageous and appalling to say the least, we are still struggling and still awaiting call from this "manager - Mrs Billy". Tragedy
