Luvuyo Burial Society

Good day

I have a complaint about Luvuyo burial Society who did'nt payout my claim.

I lost my mom last month ,i submitted my claim documents to Luvuyo on the 09/11/22 they said the claim takes 7days to payout but till now they have n't payed out my money

I called them sevel times they keep on saying they are still processing my claim sometimes they ignore my calls or hang up,when i went to the office they said they don't know why my claim is not payed out because all my document are up to date .

I've been a member to Luvuyo since 2018 and i've been paying a premium of R400 monthly, my claim is R10 000

Please help me out i had to borrow money from people to burry my mom its so painful what Luvuyo Burial Society did to me.
