I want my money

I have a complaint about Luvuyo burial Society who did'nt payout my claim.

I lost my grandfather last month ,submitted my claim documents to Luvuyo on the 25 January 2023 they said the claim takes 7days to payout but till now they have n't payed out my money

I called them sevel times they keep on saying they are still processing my claim sometimes they ignore my calls or hang up.

I've been a member to Luvuyo since 2019 paying a premium of R400 monthly, my claim is only R10 000, I even paid my premiums for March but I’m not getting my money I had to loan for my grandfather”s burial. It is so painful what Luvuyo Burial Society is doing to me.
