Bad service for the claim of my deceased Aunt at Luvuyo Burial Society

Luvuyo burial society has a very very poor service, when it comes to claiming your premium. I have submitted my claim via my email address as instructed by them to do so, i did that and when i tried to call them for confirmation, either the mail box of the phone line is full or is on voice mail or if it rings no one unswers,..

I have submitted my claim together with the required documents that they need and their constitution as well on the 7th January 2021 but still no one rep**** to my email till today and this coming weekend we will be burying my Aunt the one i was claiming her premium to Luvuyo Burial Society and i don't even have the money because i depend to this claim

Can you please assist me Hellopeter to resolve my situation with Luvuyo burial Society. I want them to process my claim as soon as possible because i have already submitted my documents for the claim but because of their bad service i haven't received their response nor get hold of them in the phone
