Unknown debit order

Hi,i see everyone is complaining about luvmore. It just happened to me right now,they debited 249 from my account and referenced with my ID number,i don't know them and they sent me an SMS saying it's my fusion benefits ? so luckily bank managed to reverse and block them but these guys contacts are blocked,bank couldn't trace them. Even worse their 031 number is not working. The nerve to take other people's money thou
