Unauthorised R95 Debit Order Luvmore-*****

I got an unauthorised debit order of R95 from Luvmore on 25 April 2018.I did not authorise this.I was able to reverse the money from my bank Account but I want to find out who these *****s are and it must Never Happen again. This is unacceptable. *****
