Luvmore - unauthorised debit order

On 2018/05/25 at 6h14 my account was ********LY debited by a company named LUVMORE, for the amount of R95. The worst and probably scariest part is that the debit order contained the company name 'Luvmore' and my ID Number. How did these people manage to obtain such personal information about me, it is 100% ****************.
