Wrong wig very misleading

My sister and I bought wigs in August for the first time the one was afro wig and the other was a ZGS mixed colour water wig, this Zgs one was a complete different wig to what was advertised on they website my sister paid 109 dollars for this wig. The curls were wrong the shape of the wig was a disgrace the front part was as if they just took a scissor and cut it. I have seen several complaints/reviews on the same wig. This is a ******* they must take this wig off they website. We would like a refund or an exchange for the correct wig as both wigs hv not been used we happy with the afro rig. This is totally unexpectable
