What you see on picture is completely different, quality even poor

I am so disappointed that I bought 16 inches curly hair and was given 10 inches, the answe i got when I asked and took measurements was that I must straighten the hair then measure it, disgusted and very disappointed i paid 3.6 for 10 inches
