Warning False Advertising !!!

I ordered a wig on the 22nd of August and on the website it said delivery within 3-5 working days, it’s been 2 weeks now and I have not even received a tracking number, I am the 1 who constantly follows up on updates and to this day I don’t know when I will be receiving my hair!!
